Robert Preston has really put me in a bad mood tonight. To be fair, he did say he thought we'd be irked by what he had to tell us. It seems that Mr Fred Goodwin, the financial whizzo who led
RBS to
bankruptcy, (or would have done if the British
government had not pumped billions of our money in to save it) has retired on an annual pension of £650,000. We're also told that Ministers are 'unhappy' about this. Well, my dear Ministers, we are all 'unhappy' - desperately b****** unhappy.
