With the Tories'lead reducing on a daily basis, perhaps they will now sit up and take notice of seats such as Montgomeryshire, where, they could actually win. Do let's hope so, because, by damn, we deserve better......
You're in with a very good chance because you will be getting disaffected votes from people who are sick of the uncomfortable antics of the present MP for Montgomeryshire.
I'm a Lib/Dem supporter - but not while the candidate remains Lembit Opik.
Thank yo Anon 12.23. You sum up my feelings perfectly. I normally vote Plaid, but will vote tactically to get rid of an MP who brings my beloved rural Wales into disrepute. Increasingly, Mont is waking up to the reality of what Lembit Opik represents. Personally and politically, it ain't pretty
If you don't mind me saying so, the only excuse for not voting Plaid in Montgomeryshire is if Glyn transferred to Plaid Cymru, his true home. Then you would vote Plaid.

Glyn,
There's a lot of smart money going onto March 25th - announcement to spoil Cameron's speech today.
Be prepared and good luck
U got it Glyn - go for it!

A tory England, SNP Scotland and Plaid Wales...
JB - Personally I'd be pleased and surprised if the Prime Minister goes for any date except May 6th
Anon - We are reckoned to be a 'target seat' by the party, though we receive no financial support - and are entirely comfortable with that.
