More to the point, it was regarded as heresy to have street signage around the village. When the misses and me moved to this wee village, we thought it was 'quaint', so did the local cops and ambulance service that would spend many a ‘happy hour’ trying to locate a house. I'd have you know that people here were born, lived a fair life, and died of old age before the ambulance arrived. The village? How do I know, it didn't have a sign. The planet?
